What we collect

Your name, address, phone number and email address, together with the clinical records of the animals registered with us. Where you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not store card details.

Why we collect it

To provide veterinary care, to contact you about appointments and results, to dispense and record medication, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a veterinary practice.

Who we share it with

• Referral practices and out-of-hours providers, where your animal is referred or seen outside our hours

• External laboratories processing samples

• Insurers, where you ask us to submit a claim on your behalf

• Our regulator, where we are required to disclose

How long we keep it

Clinical records are retained for the period required by our regulator and by law. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you for anything other than clinical care. Write to hello@junipervet.example and we will respond within the statutory period.
