Most of the anxiety about a vet appointment is not knowing how it’ll go. Here’s how it goes.

Bring any records from a previous vet, a list of anything they’re taking, and a note of what you’ve noticed. If your pet is nervous, tell us when you book and we’ll put you in a quieter slot.

Cats go in the raised area away from the dogs. If waiting is going to be difficult, tell reception and you can wait in the car: we’ll come and get you.
