Getting into the building

Step-free entrance at the front, with an automatic door. The accessible parking bay is the one nearest the door in the lot behind the building. Consulting rooms, reception and the toilet are all on the ground floor.

Inside

The cat-only waiting area is to the left of reception, raised and away from the dogs. If waiting in the building is difficult for any reason, tell reception and you are welcome to wait in your car: we will come out and get you.

Assistance animals

Assistance dogs are welcome anywhere in the building.

Communication

Tell us if you would rather we contacted you by email than by phone, or if you need appointment summaries in large print. We can also allow extra appointment time where that helps, at no additional cost.
